We want you to love your SNDYS pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all full-priced items that remain in their original, unworn condition. Please note that sale items are eligible for store credit only, while final sale items cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garment is free from makeup, perfume, or marks.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
